Weekly programme

 

Children from 4 to 8 years:
Together we explore the kid's farm: We have to look after rabbits, guinea pigs, donkeys and ponies.

Maybe we'll take our donkeys for a long walk or we'll saddle the ponies for a ride out today. Anyway, we'll play a lot of games and learn how to make friends with animals and ponies.

For anatomic reasons, we do not recommend horse riding for this age group.

Children from the age of 8 years up - Weekly programme
(This weekly programme is an example, activities can differ)

Monday:

At our kid's farm live ponies, donkeys, rabbits and other animals - who wants to, can choose an animal to look after during the week.Today we learn how to deal with animals and how to brush ponies - maybe we'll go for a ride, too.

Tuesday:

In the morning we learn how to feed horses, afterwards we'll prepare our own horse-treats. We'll also create a whole meal for horses and then, we'll feed the horses.

Wednesday:

Today it's all about horse care and grooming. We'll brush, wash and shampoo our horses. And: we mustn't forget about the hooves!

Thursday:

How to direct and guide horses? Today we'll tell you everything about halters and bridles - then, everybody will create his own halter!

Friday:

The last day of the week is also the highlight! It's about grooming and styling our horses - who is the most beautiful one? In the beauty contest, an independent jury decides.
